"The ADBR systems" have so many advantages over the conventional bio-reaction processes that it is very safe to say that "The ADBR systems" are a unique and revolutionary system.

Main advantages.

  1. Since bio-reaction in the "The ADBR systems" is so drastically fast that the reaction time is reduced by more than 35%.
  2. This means saving in space by almost 35% and saving in energy consumption also almost to the same extent.
  3. "The ADBR systems" are ready to use. Practically no time is lost in erecting and commissioning "The ADBR systems".
  4. The entire "The ADBR systems" plant is automatic. You do not need an operator to operate the plant. The plant may just need a look in may be once or twice a day to check if every thing is ok.
  5. "The ADBR systems" are mounted on skids therefore easily transportable and are compact. No excavation, no cement concrete work, no on site fabrication, all pipes and fittings are pre-fitted.
  6. "The ADBR systems" are sized such that they can be easily transported.
  7. All equipment (viz. blowers, pumps, motors, control panel etc.) is fitted such that it can be maintained with easy access to each. You may lock the machinery compartments, if you wish to avoid un-authorised access.

Akar ADBR systems use the principle of bio-reaction through biological film growth on media surface. However, unique feature of this system is to use media, which is constantly in suspension. These media components are floating and are kept in circular motion by air action, which is directed at them. Thus in ADBR systems, bio-film gets very high oxygen transfer, thus saving energy. Also, as the bio-film surface is much larger as compared to the volume it occupies, the treatment station occupies much less space. It is safe to assume that as compared to a conventional extended aeration system, ADBR Bio-Reactor occupies 25% less space and offers more than 35% saving in power consumption. Due to exceptionally low reaction time the reactions are very fast which make "The ADBR systems" very compact. The clients recover cost of equipment within less than three years.
